Stratamed is a semi-occlusive, self-drying and transparent gel. When used as directed Stratamed dries to form a protective layer that is gas permeable and waterproof which hydrates and protects compromised skin areas and open wounds from chemical and microbial invasion. Stratamed can be applied to fresh incisions and excisions, open wounds and compromised skin surfaces including those from post laser treatments, chemical peels, dermal abrasion and 1st and 2nd degree burns.

HOW TO USE

Stratamed may be applied to open wounds, burns and areas where skin integrity has been compromised. Stratamed may also be used in conjunction with invasive scar management options to improve overall results, including surgical excision and resuturing, intralesional steroid injections, laser treatments and pressure garments.
