Sold and delivered by Doncaster Pharmacy


We have 24-hour handling duration, please choose the express postage option if your order is urgent.

All parcels will have the tracking information available, please check your eBay order details for any further information and updates.

All parcels require signature on delivery to ensure your parcel is insured if any incidents occur.

Small and inexpensive purchases will be sent via padded mailers.

Australia Post Domestic Parcels: Can take up to 10 business days to deliver.

Australia Post International Parcels: Can take up to 30 days to deliver and customs, TAX and VAT fees are the buyers responsibility.

Please note: If a parcel has been returned due to the customer not collecting it from the post office, we are unable to provide you a refund due to the parcel levy. We will request additional payment for shipping if you require your parcel to be delivered again.

Return Policy

Doncaster Pharmacy offers a refund on products returned within 30 days of delivery, please note this excludes some products due to health and safety concerns and sale items.

The product must be unopened, unused and in resalable condition, all returns will be assessed upon return. 

We offer a full refund on products delivered faulty or do not match the description.
Please contact us if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we strive to provide the best customer service possible and will resolve any issue that may arise.


To make a warranty claim against any product with manufacturing defects, please let us know at the earliest convenience. Once proof of defect has been sent and approved, you must send the defective product with all original contents to the provided address.

If faulty, we will cover the return postage costs. Please ensure that the items are packed in suitable packaging for safe transport to prevent damage during transportation.

You are responsible for inspecting the product received from Doncaster Pharmacy upon arrival. Where products are faulty or damaged upon delivery, photographic evidence of the damage must be taken and emailed to us within thirty (30) days of delivery.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage to products or parts caused by accident, misuse, neglect or abuse

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality.
