Caruso’s Ashwagandha + Sleep™ is a convenient one-a-day tablet formulated with the herbs Ashwagandha, Hops and Skullcap, plus Magnesium. It relieves symptoms of stress and mild anxiety while also reducing sleeplessness, improving sleep quality and promoting deep sleep. It utilises KSM-66 Ashwagandha®, a certified organic, full-spectrum extract of the root of the Ashwagandha plant; Magnesium amino acid chelate, an elemental magnesium which is bound to an amino acid carrier to assist with absorption; and Hops, a herb traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to induce sleep.
DIRECTIONS
