Fennel is used in traditional Western Herbal Medicine to relieve abdominal bloating and wind. The formula also contains Cascara, Yellow Dock and Green Banana powder which is a rich source of resistant starch.

Directions

Adults: take 1 tablet twice daily after main meals or as advised by your health professional.
