Gold Cross Liquid Paraffin is suitable for use both internally and externally. When consumed internally, it acts as a lubricant to soften stools and aid in the treatment of constipation. When used externally, it acts as a moisturiser for your skin to soothe and protect the skin.

Ingredients:

Liquid Paraffin 1ml/1ml (100%)

Directions:

Internally – Take 15-30ml (1 to 2 tablespoons) daily before bed.

Externally – Apply to affected area of skin, massage gently and allow to penetrate.
