Robitussin Cough & Chest Congestion 200mL Oral Liquid Clear Chest Congestion

Robitussin Cough and Chest Congestion controls coughs and helps clear chest congestion. It contains both a cough suppressant Dextromethorphan which helps quieten the cough for up to 6-8 hours and an expectorant Guaiphenesin which helps increase the flow of natural secretions along the lower respiratory tract. This combination works together to help control an irritating persistent cough with occasional phlegm.

Each 10mls of oral liquid contains:

• Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide 30mg

• Guaiphenesin 200mg

• Also contains Ethanol (Alcohol) 40mg/mL (4.8%v/v); Sodium Benzoate, Saccharin Sodium. This product contains sorbitol (21.67g/40ml) which may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea in some people.

• Non-Drowsy

Every 6-8 hours orally when necessary.

• Adults and children over 12 years: 10ml

• Children 6-12 years: 5ml

• Children 2-6 years: 2.5ml

Do not exceed 4 doses in a 24 hour period. Not recommended for children under 2 years.
